This 48-year-old female with a prior history of breast reduction desired larger breasts, correction of skin laxity in her abdomen, and removal of excess fat in her flanks. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation using smooth round silicone moderate profile 350cc implants, abdominoplasty, and liposuction of her flanks. Her post-operative pictures were taken 2 months after surgery.
