This 54-year-old male presented after removal of a large squamous cell carcinoma on his forehead by Dr. Long Quan. A full-thickness skin graft was performed the same day to cover the large defect in his head. The photos were taken one week and 3 months after the procedure. The patient required radiation. 6 months after radiation he had a unilateral browlift to elevate the brow into a normal position.
