Dr. Petit completed his college education at the College of Charleston earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology, 2008, he then went to Atlanta and earned a Master of Science in Biology with high honors at Georgia State University, 2012. Dr. Petit graduated from medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in 2017 with an M.D. He went on to complete an Internal Medicine Internship at Augusta University Health, 2018 and stayed in Augusta to complete his residency in dermatology.
Dr. Petit earned a tennis scholarship at C of C and still enjoys tennis and golf, but his most enjoyable time away from the office is spent with his wife, Jackie, and his 2-year-old son, Gavin.
