COVID-19 Procedures

COVID-19 Precautions

Your health and well-being are our highest priorities. We have adapted the following protocols to minimize the risk of COVID-19 for our patients and our staff.

Mask on: We are requiring that everyone entering our building wear a face mask. Non-medical masks, bandanas, and cloth can be used.

To limit the amount of contact, we ask that you come alone for your visit unless you require assistance.

You will be screened before entering with a temperature check and COVID-19 related questions.

    • Have you had a recent experience with FEVER, COUGH, and SHORTNESS OF BREATH?
    • Have you recently been exposed to someone with Coronavirus?
    • Do you or your close contact (e.g., spouse, children)  have a pending test for Coronavirus?

If you answer yes to any of the above questions, we can not see you today and will reschedule your visit.

For Your Safety

After check-in, you will wait in your car.  Your care team will call you when your exam room is ready.

    • If you have mobility issues, alert our staff and you will be brought into our “socially distanced” waiting room.

Your interactions will be “touch-free” and “paper-free” during your visit as much as possible. Doors will be opened, and all updates and check-in/out will be performed by verbal consent; We will use an iPad for patients to enter the necessary information for the visit.

Rooms and surfaces are cleaned after each patient visit and hand sanitizer is available throughout your visit.
